Name: Lake of Isles Clubhouse
Location: Uncasville, CT
Contractor: A/Z Corporation
Description: The 50,000 square foot clubhouse is a turn-of-the century rustic craftsman design with cedar shake siding, stone pillars, and entry towers. Cut deep into the side of a high hill overlooking the lake, the large bay windows offer breathtaking views of New England’s finest two championship golf courses designed by renowned golf course architect Rees Jones.

Commercial Flooring Concept installed hospitality and geometric patterned carpet, ceramic, resilient, rubber tile, glass tile, stone, and hardwood flooring. It was imperative that accuracy in the installation procedures and the timeline of the project be followed. Our expertise in the field was able to correct product irregularities in order to achieve the project completion deadline.

Name: Spa Vuré
Location: Newport, RI
Contractor: A/Z Corporation
Description: Spa Vuré is among the most luxurious, comprehensive, and qualified medical spas in New England. The Newport location is no exception. You will find an oasis where you can relax, restore, and elevate the mind, body, and soul.

Commercial Flooring Concepts installed carpet, bamboo, engineered stone and resin slabs. These materials were utilized in complex applications throughout the project, which required an innate understanding of the Architect’s intent and the ability to convey that to the installation mechanics in the field.

Name: Quinnipiac University Library
Location: Hamden, CT
Description: Quinnipiac University is a private, coeducational university resting in the shadow of Sleeping Giant Mountain, which offers graduate and undergraduate programs in a technology-rich environment.

Commercial Flooring Concepts installed carpet in the library, which complements the other work we have completed around the campus such as in the Recreation Center and Residence Halls.

Name: Tumble Brook Country Club
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Description: Since its founding in 1922, Tumble Brook Country Club has grown in three distinct phases, each one marked by nine holes embodying the vision and spirit of its age. Together, its 27 holes form one of the state's most enjoyable and perfectly maintained golf courses.

Commercial Flooring Concepts installed custom hospitality carpet in the newly renovated clubhouse. We recommended the design and worked in conjunction with an interior designer to create the specification for the work completed.
